PART 4

Wrapped in a grey shawl rooh was unconscious in Adhvay's arms as he walked towards his car lifting her effortlessly as if she weighed nothing.

Reaching his car he wrapped his one arm around her covered waist holding her body against his in a vertical position while he unlocked the car with the other hand before pulling the back door open.

Carefully slipping her body inside he made her lay on the seat and shut the door behind. Taking a seat behind the steering wheel Adhvay started the engine. Glancing once at the back seat through the rear view he drove out of there.

He didn't know that it was her. He didn't bother to see her picture once. He had gotten the information that Raghuveer Malhotra had only one daughter whom he had to kidnap so he went straight up for that.

He drove through the busy roads of Mumbai, the city lights glowing in the darkness of the night fading away the horror that darkness brings along.

Taking a turn to a small road from the highway he drove towards the location of an old house, a place where he would keep the people he kidnapped.

Adhvay kept his focus on the road but something was off with him. Since the moment he had held her in his arms, there was a growing restlessness in his heart. He felt distracted, his mind going back to the girl in his car.

Something was wrong. He could feel it. He just needed to realise it.

After an hour-long journey the car came to a stop in front of the old house situated in an abandoned area. Climbing down the car he went towards the house and taking out the keys from his pocket he unlocked the door.

Pushing the door wide open he walked back to the car. He opened the back door and leaned inside to take a hold of the girl wrapped in the shawl.

The moment he moved his hands forward to hold her shoulders and pull her out, her left arm slipped out of the shawl hanging down the seat. He leaned a bit more, his fingers wrapped around her wrist making him stop in his movement.

This touch!

His heart thudded loudly against his chest as the first thing that came in his mind was her.

The restlessness he was feeling all the way seemed to intensify in that moment. Just the thought of this girl being her bothered him to the extreme. He didn't want it to be true.

Taking a deep breathe he carefully pulled her arm up. His gaze caught the small mark on her wrist. The mark she had gotten from the broken bangle.

It was her. The realisation hit him hard making his heart beats faster.
He kidnapped her, the girl he wasn't able to get out of his mind.

Keeping her hand on her stomach over the shawl he moved out of the car. Running his hand through his hair he paced on the road. His steps impulsive, his mind racing with different thoughts, his heart gripped with restlessness.

"damn it!!" he breathed out through gritted teeth. His jaw clenched, his fingers running through his hair, rubbing his face with the other hand, he was in a mess with the realisation he has just got.

Why didn't he see the picture for one god damn time? This situation would have never come if he knew who he was paid to kidnap.

He couldn't take her into that old house. He could never. He didn't want to so he wouldn't.

He couldn't drop her back to her home. By then her family might have got to know about her not being present in the house.

Gritting his teeth he cursed while kicking the tier of his car hard. He was in a situation he would've never wanted to be in.

Only if it wasn't her.

Tilting his head up he closed his eyes and took a deep breathe trying to calm himself down and think for something with a calm mind.

A moment later he opened his eyes and walked towards her door. He has made his decision. He was about to close the door when her completely covered form took his attention.

She was in discomfort.

Leaning inside he carefully pulled the shawl off her face not wanting to suffocate her even when she was unconscious.

The soft glow of the car light reflecting on her face making his breath hitch in his throat. Her face was a bit pale, her hair messed up, her lips parted slightly.

Her eyes.

Her eyes were closed. He couldn't look into her eyes this time. He himself was responsible for that.

Averting his gaze from her face he moved out shutting the door carefully. Walking up to the house he locked the door again and went back to his car. Getting behind the wheel he started the engine and drove away from there accelerating the speed.

He drove for the next two hours continuously as he took the highway going out of Mumbai. His focus was on the road but he couldn't stop himself from glancing at her unconscious form through the rear mirror every now and then.

Entering the outskirts of Mumbai he drove a mile away before taking a turn through a muddy route leading to the jungle.

Adhvay drove through the muddy road going deeper into the jungle. It was pitch dark, the headlights of the car making the way ahead visible. The tires of his car grazing with the mud as he kept driving through the route covered with trees on both sides, their branches arching inwards hovering over each other making a bridge over the route.

Within a few more minutes the car comes to a stop. The point the car was stopped at was covered with large trees from three sides blocking the way ahead and at the same time making the spot hidden.

Stepping out of the car Adhvay held his mobile in his hand turning on the flashlight. He walked up to her side, opened the door and put his mobile in his pocket leaving half of it hanging out.

Gazing at her once he leaned in, his hands adjusting the shawl over her keeping her covered. Holding her upper arms he pulled her body a little up before wrapping his one arm around her waist.

Carefully pulling her out of the car he pressed her form against himself holding her closer in his arms and slammed the door shut with his other hand locking the car.

Taking out his mobile from his pocket he made his way inside the jungle deeper than they already were while holding her body against himself with his one hand wrapped around her waist.

Her head resting on his shoulder, her arms hanging loosely on each side of her, her feet reaching just below his knees as Adhvay walked holding her effortlessly.

Her weight felt so light to him making him think for a second if she was starving. But why would she be? She has got all the money. Why she would be starving? He chose to shut down his thoughts.

As he walked few more steps, a beautiful cottage stood tall in front of him with a stone boundary on each side protecting it. At the back side of the cottage, one end of the sea was connected.

He walked towards the large gate and unlocked it. With her held in his arms Adhvay stepped inside closing the gate behind. A small garden on one side of the driveway could be seen as he walked up to main door.

Unlocking the main door he stepped inside with her shutting the door behind. Switching on the lights he walked inside holding her gently.

___________________________

Adhvay kicked the door of a room, went inside switching on the light while holding her in his arms. He walked up to the bed and carefully made her lay on the bed.

Keeping his one hand under her head he adjusted a pillow beneath before removing his hand. Her messed up hair spread on her face covering it from his vision while her hands rested lifelessly on the bed.

His hands itched to remove her hair away from her face. The urge to look at her made him want to shut his mind and do what his heart desired.

His fingers brushed her hair with the softest touch removing them from her face. Her pale face came into his view making him realise that he was reason behind that.

Standing tall beside the bed he crossed his arms across his chest as he  kept looking at her observing her in silence. She looked fragile, a delicate baby.

Adjusting her shawl he glanced at her once before turning around and walking out of the room closing the door behind.

At the back side of the house Adhvay stood near the railing with his one hand tucked into his pocket. He lit up a cigarette taking a puff and exhaled the smoke as he looked at the calm water of the sea. This place was peaceful away from the human involvement.

He chose this place because he always wanted to be alone, away from people. That was how he was used to living since childhood so it became a habit to him. He started to accept being alone as natural that it should've been like this only.

This place was his peace but today he couldn't find peace there. His mind was racing with so many thoughts and unanswered questions. His heart was restless, the realisation of him kidnapping her was eating him up from inside.

He was supposed to do what he was paid for. That was how it always was. This was his work and he had to get done with this in the way it was planned.

But things felt different this time. It didn't feel just like another work to him. His logical mind was battling with the undeciphered emotions his heart was getting involved in.

The emotions he couldn't understand but could feel them to the very depth. He could feel the changes starting to develop in him.

Tonight, for the first time he has broken a rule of his life.

For her.

He brought her to his place, the place he had never let anyone know. The place that he had kept just to himself. He made the decision within seconds because he couldn't take her into that old house where he was supposed to as a kidnapper of her.

He didn't feel like taking her there. It bothered him. The change in his own self.

She was messing up with his mind. It was not a good sign for him. The change was not good for him.

He couldn't let anyone have such an effect on him that could force him to change his decisions.

That could make him break his life's rules that he has followed all his life.

That could make him step back from a work he has given his words for.

He didn't want to change nor he would let anyone change him.

He would not let her presence ruin his way of doing things. His work.

A distant sound of footsteps from inside the cottage reached his sharp ears. She was awake and was now trying to find a way out of the house. He understood.

Taking another puff of the cigarette, he chose to stay there and let her make her efforts to run away from there because she couldn't.

The sound of footsteps kept echoing at a distance while he stood there with his one hand in his pocket and the other holding the cigarette, his eyes were fixed on the calm water.

The footsteps seemed to come closer making him realise that she was coming there. He threw the cigarette on the floor crushing it with his feet. Taking a deep breath he chose to keep control of himself when dealing with her.

______________________________

Her hand moved up to her head as rooh slowly opened her eyes once she gained her consciousness. The surroundings seemed blur to her making her close her eyes again.

She blinked her eyes slowly adjusting to the light and looked around. Her eyes narrowed as she lifted her head a little up to look clearly. A look of  confusion reflected on her face.

The place seemed unfamiliar to her. Her head felt heavy making her rest her head back on the pillow as she closed her eyes again. The memories of her sitting in her room watching television hit her senses leading her to the moment when she had felt a hand on her face before she was drowned in darkness.

Her eyes opened wide as she stood up hastily slipping out of the bed. The sudden movement made her feel heavy in her head making her sit on the bed again.

Holding her head she looked around in the room. There was no one. It was an unknown place to her. Her mind raced with different questions. What has happened to her? Did someone kidnap her? But why would someone do that? What did she do? Who kidnapped her?

Was she really kidnapped? The question came in her mind realising that she wasn't tied to a chair with her mouth covered as she had seen in movies.

It should not matter to her if she was tied or not. Someone has barged into her room, made her unconscious and now she was in an unfamiliar place. The situation made her realise that she was in trouble.

The thought made her blood run cold. Her mind went blank for seconds before fear gripped her heart making her whole form shiver.

"what should I do now? why I am here, why would someone even kidnap me?" she talked to herself, her voice came out as a mere whisper, an indication of how scared she felt.

Glancing around she looked at the closed door and without thinking
anything more she ran towards it. Her fingers wrapped around the door knob rotating it hastily and to her surprise the door wasn't locked.

Stepping outside she looked around and the stairs going down took her attention. She ran towards the stairs, her feet were bare as she rushed downstairs.

She ran towards the main door thinking it might be unlocked just the way her room door was. With that hope lingering in her heart she held the large handle of the door pulling it. Her hope came crashing down when the door didn't budge letting her know that it was locked.

Her heart pounded in her chest as she felt her hands starting to tremble with the realisation that she was actually locked in an unknown house. Her eyes welled up as she slowly gripped the handle again trying one more time to open it with a false hope but nothing happened.

The door was locked. She felt scared as her eyes scanned the hall with urgency trying to look for some other way to go out. A large window on the other side of the hall gave her hope one more time as she rushed towards it but to her disappointed it was locked too. She looked around again still hoping to get a way out of there, her vision getting blurred with the tears brimming in her eyes.

The kitchen attached to the hall was her another hope. She went into the kitchen only to get disappointed further but something caught her attention.

A knife.

Her eyes were stuck on the knife placed in the holder. It could help to protect her as a defence. Her hands trembled as she took a hold of the knife. Her fingers wrapped around the handle of the knife holding it in a firm grip.

Taking a deep breath she moved out of the kitchen and thought to go upstairs again as there was no way  downstairs to get out of this house.

Taking the stairs she went up with her bare feet brushing against the marble. The doors to the rooms on the first floor were closed making her think if she should check each room or not. Before she could make a decision, her gaze found an open door leading to what looked like a balcony, a bigger one occupying a large area.

Her steps slowed down as she moved towards the balcony. Her heart pounded in her chest with the anticipation of the moment, anxiety ready to kick in her senses. Her hold on the knife tightening with each step she took forward.

Entering the door she took a step further, her eyes stopping on a man standing in front of the railing with his back facing her. She felt her heart would explode out of anxiety, the fear stabbing her heart every second.

He must be her kidnapper. She thought and the thought scared her. She didn't know how to deal with a situation where she was kidnapped and her kidnapper was right in front of her.

Should she go hide somewhere? Or she should face him questioning him, maybe scaring him to let her go? Hiding somewhere might not be a good idea as he would find her anyway.

Taking a deep breath she moved her hand forward pointing the knife towards him as she took a step forward.

"k-kon ho tum?" she had thought to keep her voice confident but the stutter crumbled down her wish within seconds.

(Who are you?)

The man standing in front of her at a distance turned around making her entire experience freeze in that moment.

It was him.

____________________________

Adhvay stood in front of her with his hand in his pocket, his gaze sharp locking into hers.

Her face glowing under the reflection of the light in the balcony. Her eyes widened, her lips parted slightly as she looked at him. His presence there came as a shock to her. Her eyes were moist with unshed tears. He observed.

Standing in front of him tucked in a night suit, a purple shirt with panda imprinted on it with cream lowers having the same print. His gaze moved lower observing that she was bare feet.

She had a knife in her hand. It surprised him.

His sharp gaze observed how her hand that was holding the knife pointing it towards him was trembling.

She was scared to even point that knife towards him let alone use that knife actually to attack.

The first thing that she felt after seeing him there was relief. She felt relieved that it was him.

The sense of familiarity she felt with him, relaxing her nerves. He had saved her twice. She was safe with him.

Her eyes relaxed, her chest heaved down as she took a breathe of relief. She felt safe with his presence. He understood noticing her body movement.

His heart did a flip with the realisation. A rush of emotions tugged at his heart while his mind was conflicting with different thoughts.

It bothered him because in that moment he felt his heart racing with  an urge to make her feel safe just the way she felt, just the way she thought and at the same time to make her realise that he was the last person she should feel safe with.

He was another name of destruction. He only knew how to destroy, how to put an end to something. Her feeling safer in his presence would only destroy her.

She should be running away from him rather than feeling safe.

Rooh was feeling relieved seeing him when a thought knocked her mind, confusion reflected on her features as her eyebrows furrowed. What was he doing there? Was he the one who kidnapped her? Why would he kidnap her? Why was he even there?

The other side of the story came crashing down on her as her brain started to process things logically rather than her heart seeking comfort in his presence.

Her breath hitched in her throat with the possibility of him being her kidnapper. The man who had saved her twice wouldn't do such act. Why would he do that? Her mind tried to reason answering her questions.

Than why he was there! She thought. She needed answers to her questions which only he could answer.

"a-aap?" she managed to ask, her voice low, unsure as she looked at him. The knife still points towards him that she has completely forgotten.

(Y-You?)
His sharp gaze locked with hers, her gaze laced with uncertainty, a layer of confusion reflecting in her eyes.

Her eyes, he could never forget. They were imprinted in his heart, his soul and his mind. Every time he looks into her eyes, he feels a tug at his heart pulling him into the innocence those eyes carry.

An urge to look into her eyes, a want to find himself in her eyes.

Keeping his eyes locked with hers he took a firm step forward making her heart pound in her chest. Her fingers of the other hand clutching her lower,  her chest heaving up and down as her breathes started to get unsteady.

Adhvay walked towards her with his step firm, deliberate and commanding. The knife still pointed made his lips curl into a slight smirk. Seeing him coming closer her feet made a move stepping back slowly. His gaze lowered to her bare feet stepping back before turning to her eyes again.

His sharp eyes observed her each move, even the ones she herself wouldn't have realised when made.

He took another step towards her making her take another step back. Their eyes were locked gazing deep into each other as if trying to read them, their deepest secrets.

She took another step back, her body colliding with the mirror wall separating the balcony from the sheltered part of the cottage.

Taking another step forward Adhvay kept his hand on the mirror behind her caging her in between himself and the mirror wall. Her eyes flickered looking at him as she felt her heart was about to explode in the moment making her press her back further into the mirror if that was even possible.

Her hand holding the knife was now hanging down on her side. Her grip loosening on the knife, her mind unable to work anymore.

The closeness they shared in the moment made their heart beats fast. They could hear each other's heart beats in that moment.

Her face hardly reached to his chest making him look down at her while her head was tilted up to look at him.

His giant structure hovered over her hiding her petite form against himself, his one hand pressed on the mirror behind her.

"a-aap yahan kyun ho? aur m-mein yahan kyun hun?" her voice came out as a mere whisper as she tried to question him while their proximity was making her heart pound loudly in her chest.

(W-Why are you here? And W-Why am I here?)

He scanned her eyes reading the uncertainty, confusion in them. He could feel her chest heaving up and down though his gaze was fixed on her face.

She didn't get an answer. He spoke nothing.

"k-kya aap mujhe yahan laaye ho?" she was unable to keep her voice confident ending up stuttering every time, he noticed.

(D-Did you bring me here?)

"haan" he responded looking into her eyes, his voice deep, a layer of authority in his tone weighing his single word more than her whole sentences.

(Yes)

Her eyes widened at his answer, a single word confirming her doubt. Her breath hitched in her throat stopping her chest movement for a second.

He was her kidnapper. The thought made her heart heavy.

She didn't want her doubt to come true even when the reality was clear in front of her eyes.

He was a good man. Wasn't he? He helped her. Didn't he?

Why would he kidnap her?

Her eyes brimmed with tears as she looked at him with her gaze questioning.

"W-Why?" she demanded, her voice low.

He looked into her teary eyes, her unshed tears ready to flow down any moment.

He gave her those tears. That was what he was capable of giving. Only pain.

She got to know about his existence just two days ago, now she had tears in her eyes.

The realisation hit him hard. The reality of his identity. The realisation of who he was.

He needed to keep her away from himself. He needee to keep himself away from her.

He would just ruin her if she came closer to him, if he went closer to her. It will be just destruction, nothing else.

Closing his eyes he took a deep breath telling his damn self to take a control of himself. Opening his eyes he gazed back at her, his eyes flashed with anger, a tint of redness visible at the corner of his eyes.

Her heart thudded against her chest seeing the look in his eyes. A shiver run down her spine making her feel frozen on her spot as if her body couldn't move even an ich.

His other hand moved closer to her face, his fingers brushing against her jaw before holding her jaw in his harsh grip pulling her face up.

"What makes you think that I am here to answer your every damn question?" his jaw clenched as he breathed out those words, his voice harsh, his eyes reflecting anger.

The knife in her hand slipped down falling on the floor as she flinched back listening to his harsh voice.

She could smell cigarettes in his breath, a smell she despised with everything in her. A look of discomfort settling on her face as she tried to move her face to the other side but his tight grip didn't let her.

She felt so helpless in that moment. A layer of tears rolled down her eyes while her both hands moved up to his hand on her jaw trying to remove his hold.

A tear fell on his hand making him look at his hand before a layer of tears started to fall on his hand which was holding her jaw.

"l-leave me. you are hurting me" she tried to push his hand away but his grip was tight, unmoving with her efforts.

"Do I look like that I care?" he barked gritting his teeth while her efforts stopped as she looked at him in disbelief. She couldn't believe the way he was behaving with her.

She didn't say anything, her arms moving down resting on each side of her. Her eyes shedding tears in silence as she looked at him with a look that made him want to avert his gaze away from her.

A look of hurt?

There was something developed between them, a string of some unsaid emotions.

Both the times they met earlier were moments of some seconds only yet a sense of familiarity was what they both felt with each other.

His grip on her jaw loosened, he took a step back creating a distance between them, his gaze averted from hers.

Running his hand through his hair he paced there while she stood rooted to her place with her eyes down as she shed silent tears.

What should she do now? She needed to go to her home. To her father, her grandmother.

"I want to go home" she looked at him, her body stiff, her voice holding a bit of confidence this time making him turn towards her.

"Sure" a dangerous smirk tugged at his lips as he looked into her eyes before taking a stop towards her.

That smirk made her want to run away from him. That was the moment she actually felt scared of him.

Stepping in front of her he grabbed her wrist in his firm hold. Her eyes widened in reaction to his move while Adhvay dragged her inside keeping a tight hold on her wrist.

_______________________________

"leave me, leave my hand" rooh tried to remove his hand from her wrist while Adhvay unbothered with her efforts dragged her towards the same room she was kept in before.

Pushing her inside he left her wrist making her stumble on her feet but before she could land on the floor, his hand wrapped around her upper arm steading her.

"Don't you dare step out of this room again" pulling her closer by his hold on her upper arm he warned looking into her eyes, his eyes cold, his voice dangerously low.

Her body shivered in his hold, her eyes reflected the fear that she felt listening to him.

She was scared of him. He succeeded. That was what he wanted but it didn't make him feel satisfied.

He felt restless.

Leaving her arm he averted his gaze away from her before moving out. Slamming the door shut he locked it from outside and moved away leaving her caged in the room.

She stood rooted to her place as her eyes lingered on the closed door in front of her. Fresh tears rolled down her eyes as she rushed towards the door. Did he seriously lock her inside? Somewhere in the corner of her heart she didn't want to accept it.

"open the door" her palms slammed against the closed door as she called out to him. Her voice came out low, helpless.

"darwaza kholo, mujhe jaane do, maine kya kiya hai?" she again tried. This time her voice was loud as the reality was slowly downing upon her making her realise the gravity of the situation.

(Open the door. Let me go. what have I done?)

There was no response from the other side making her heart race. The fear grew in her heart making her bang the door louder this time but still there was no response.

After trying for a while, she felt exhausted more of mentally than physically as she leaned her head against the door, the tears never stopped running down her eyes.

"mujhe kyun band kiya hai yahan? maine kuchh nhi kiya hai, please mujhe jaane do. please? aap sun rahe ho? open the door!!!" she tried again as her palms slammed against the door one more time, her voice was louder than before but he didn't come to open the door.

(why did you lock me here? I didn't do anything. please let me go, please? Do you hear me? Open the door!!!)

Wiping her tears with the back of her hand she slowed moved back, going away from the door. The helplessness she felt brought another layer of tears in her eyes as she slowly slid down on the floor.

The tears of helplessness that she couldn't do anything to go back to her home, to her family. Her father must be looking for her, worried, helpless. Her grandmother must be feeling so scared for her, praying for her. How she wanted to run into their arms at that moment.

Her eyes moved to her wrist, the marks of his fingers imprinted on her wrist because of his tight hold. The way he behaved with her, her heart ached. Her heart ached that it was him.

It wasn't that she knew him as a person or anything about him except the thing that he had saved her yet she felt a pang in her chest with his rudeness, with the thought of him kidnapping her.

Why did he kidnap her? What was the purpose of him behind her kidnap? The questions rang in her mind as she cried sitting on the floor.

Her mind was messed up with the thoughts of her home, her father, her grandmother and another part of her mind was engulfed with the thoughts of him.

The man who never left her mind since their first meet. The same man who has now kept her caged.

Her head felt heavy with all the messed up thoughts, the unanswered questions, the continuous tears rolling down her eyes while her heart felt the pain of its own share.

Wiping her tears with the back of her hand she laid on the floor curling her knees up to her stomach. Her eyes went closed while another layer of tears rolled down her eyes.

Entering inside his room Adhvay slammed the door shut. Throwing his mobile on the bed he unbuttoned his shirt and threw it on the bed before moving towards the washroom.

His frame was giant, the muscular hard chest, his abs, veins in his arms popping out. Standing under the shower he switched on the shower while resting his hands against the wall in front of him.

The cold water started to fall on him calming his nerves as he stood there with his head low, his eyes closed. He could hear the faint voices of her banging the door to come out, she was pleading him to open the door but he did nothing. He didn't understand what he should do.

The water kept flowing down his hair moving to his face as he kept his eyes closed. Whatever has happened outside in the balcony started to replay in his mind.

The way he talked to her, his harsh grip on her jaw, her tears rolling down her eyes, her telling him that he was hurting her, her wanting to go home, him dragging her inside, locking her in the room.

His jaw clenched, his fingers curled into fists while his eyes turned red with the amount of anger he felt on himself. Cursing under his breath through gritted teeth he slammed his fist in the wall hurting his hand.

He didn't feel any pain in his hand though the pain was there. The undeciphered ache in his heart didn't let him feel the physical pain from that punch.

The pain that he was unable to explain to his own self. The reason behind this pain stayed untouched in his mind, afraid to scratch it's layers which could lead to something.

He didn't want it. Even if he wanted he wouldn't let it happen.

The emotions building in him has started to make him feel weak already. The feelings he couldn't understand but could feel were weakening him.

"Get the damn control of yourself Adhvay" he warned his own self while gritting his teeth, a low growl in his voice.

Switching off the shower he moved out of the washroom. Walking up to his wardrobe he pulled out his towel along with his inners and a lower before moving back into the washroom.

A while later Adhvay came into the room wearing a lower and a towel wrapped around his neck as he rubbed his wet hair with the towel.

Taking his mobile from the bed he dialed a number while moving towards the large window in his room.

"Haan bhai, kahan ho aap?" Rana answered the call on the first ring. His voice was laced with confusion and urgency.

(Yes brother, where are you?)

"Kya hogya?" Adhvay asked unbothered while drying his hair with the towel.

"Bhai aap uss ladki ko uss purane wale ghar mein kyun nhi le kar gye? aur abhi aap ho kahan? aapka number bhi band aa raha tha mein kab se try kar raha tha" Rana asked hurriedly.

(Brother, why didn't you bring the girl to that old house? And where are you right now? Your number was also not reachable, I was trying to contact you)

"Tu ye chhor aur uss Kapoor ke paise wapas karde. mein ye deal cancel kar raha hun" Adhvay revealed his decision. His voice was devoid of any emotion as he looked at the jungle out of the window.

(Leave this, and return the money to Kapoor. I am cancelling this deal)

"Bhai??? Ye aap kya bol rahe ho? Aap deal cancel karna chahte ho?" Rana asked in shock. He couldn't believe what he had heard.

(Brother??? What are you even saying? You want to cancel the deal?)

"Haan" Adhvay keep the answer short not bothering to explain.

(Yes)

"But bhai? aap toh aise kabhi nhi karte ho. aap ne aaj tak ek bhi deal aise bich mein nhi chhori hai. Aapka toh asool hai na jo kaam liya hai vo pura karna hi hai phir chahe kuchh bhi ho jaaye toh abhi ye deal kyun chhor rahe ho? ho kya gya hai?" Rana was unable to understand as what caused him to make this decision.

(But brother? You never do things like this. You never cancelled a deal leaving the work mid-way. This is your principal that you don't leave the work unfinished you gave your words to then why are you cancelling this deal? What happened?)

Rana has always considered Adhvay as his elder brother. He respected him for the kind of person he was. Adhvay had helped Rana at every point of life when he needed his support.

But Adhvay chose to maintain a line of work between them and still being there for him if Rana needed his help.

This was the only reason that Adhvay let Rana question him on his decisions. Otherwise no one gets to question him, his decisions.

"Rana jo bola hai vo kar tu" Adhvay ordered to him leaving no room for the discussion.

(Rana, do what you are told to do)

"Theek hai bhai" Rana sighed as Adhvay hung up the call.

(Okay brother)

Throwing his mobile on the bed Adhvay closed his eyes while running his hand in his wet hair.

He would put an end to something that has not even started.
